We believe in having a transparent model which incentivises us to reduce your costs.

Our commercial model is simple, but we understand that different clients prefer to contract in different ways. Our goal is to offer you a great service, charging you only a percentage of the cost savings between your current situation and the cost of your new team. This incentivises us to lower your costs as much as possible, and to avoid the land & expand model so prevalent elsewhere.

This can be modelled as a fixed cost, spread over an agreed period, or as time & materials with the number of days designed to match the fixed cost. The intent of both of these approaches is to provide your procurement department the flexibility they need and to highlight the focus on saving you costs.
